This is a plain-language description of our current practice — it has not been reviewed or cleared by an attorney, and it is subject to change as CornerClaim grows. If you have questions, email support@cornerclaim.com.
What CornerClaim is
CornerClaim is a documentation, tracking, and drafting tool for homeowner water-damage insurance claims. It is not a licensed public adjuster, attorney, or insurance agent, and it does not negotiate with your insurer, provide legal advice, or represent you in any capacity. CornerClaim extracts information from the documents and correspondence you provide, tracks what’s outstanding on your claim, and drafts letters — every letter is returned to you to review, edit, and send yourself. CornerClaim never contacts your insurer or sends anything on your behalf.
You’re responsible for what you send
You are responsible for reviewing every letter, extracted fact, and legal citation CornerClaim produces before you send or rely on it. CornerClaim is a drafting aid, not a final authority — you decide what actually goes to your insurer.
No guaranteed outcome
CornerClaim does not guarantee any particular outcome for your claim — not a specific settlement amount, not a faster resolution, and not that your insurer will respond in any particular way. Using CornerClaim does not create a representation, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and CornerClaim.
Payment
CornerClaim charges a flat $99 fee, one time, per claim. Payment unlocks document processing, tracking, and drafting for that claim — there is no subscription and no additional charge for additional documents or drafts on that same claim, and the fee is not contingent on any outcome of your claim.
Refunds: we haven’t established a formal refund policy yet. If you have a question about a payment, email support@cornerclaim.com and we’ll work with you directly.
